WHAT: L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival in Norfolk, Virginia. Carnival rides and games operated by Reithoffer Shows Inc. Carnival games, rides and food. WHEN: Friday, June 12–Sunday, June 21. The carnival will be open from 5 to 11 p.m. on Monday through Friday. The carnival will be open from 3 to 11 pm. on Saturdays and Sundays. WHERE: Norfolk Premium Outlets, 1600 Premium Outlets Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia, 23502. TICKETS: Admission is $5. Ride tickets are purchased separately. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Purchase a Mega Pass online, bundling admission with the unlimited ride wristband for the day that it is redeemed.
