-It’s within 10 minutes of 3 beaches in ocean view, Norfolk airport, the Banque (country night club), and ODU.

-large fenced in yard, dogs allowed

-no parties allowed but will review small gatherings and daytime events

-very strict quiet hours from 11pm-10am

-host loves decorating for birthdays, grads, etc

-not cheap but worth the money.
