Lost & Found – Portsmouth, Virginia

If you're looking for a spot that blends American and Caribbean flavors, Lost & Found is worth adding to your list. The service was friendly, and the R&B playlist created a fun vibe.

The oxtails were flavorful, especially with the rich gravy, though the meat was a bit tougher than expected. The red snapper was slightly on the salty side, but the house sauce balanced it out well. I'd recommend asking for extra sauce on the side if you're sensitive to salt. My favorite item was the Dragon Spritz it reminded me of Starbucks' Dragon Drink and was the perfect refreshing complement to the meal.

My only critique was that the music was a little too loud, making it feel more like a club than a lounge at times. Overall, Lost & Found is a great place to check out if you're in Portsmouth and craving bold, flavorful dishes.
